vendor in preservation - Vendor Cyprexx Employee Review

The owners of this company forgot where they started.The vendors are expected to be robots as well as their inside management.They expect vendors to perform magic on a condemned home. As a vendor, do not ever expect an increase in contract price but make sure you are prepared for a cut price on anything and everything at any given time..Make sure you are ready to have to go back to a property at least twice, For Free, to re-clean,dust,pick up a newspaper from the drive way,a light bulb replacement that burned out after initials,recap a water line because Maintence or others removed appliances ...ect..Oh and do not forget,be ready to absorb the cost if only minor debris so 25 gallons of paint is on you to dispose of along with the couch,sofa,and king bed mattress and frame,add in labor ,gas,dump fees,cleaning supplies ect,welcome to 8 dollars an hour.If the owners would realize they need to wake up and treat the vendors fairly and their inside coordinators more fairly,realize we are human busting our butts to try and make Cyprexx a good place to workinside and outside the front doors.It is not all Fannie Mae,as they say look in the mirror,CYPREXX.
