period of restructuring and management isn't communicating it or giving insight into the future plans

my manager was the best ever, the people were so nice and i tried to not like them.

some ppl were like leeches spying on everything you said. Some ppl were just annoying. Felt very highschool again with ppl sticking to their groups.
