Pros
People at DAI are supportive and always willing to mentor, coach, and answer any question you have. I've personally had a good experience with my immediate team. The work culture is very casual and laid back, but people get their work done. Easy to move around to different departments within the company once you're inside, so you can reinvent your career within DAI as often as you want.
Cons
Doesn't seem difficult to move laterally, but does seem difficult to move vertically in the company. Salary increases are based on a grade scale, so they are incremental. I think this is true of the entire development industry though, not just DAI.
