      Pros

      Good benefits and better salary compared to what I see on Glassdoor for average salaries for what I did. Lots of complaints from others about pay though. Full kitchen and essentially free food. Good social functions. Great product. Great colleagues mostly.

      Cons

      No career or salary growth. Minimal and infrequent raises that were below cost of living increases.

      DIRTT is a company full of people with passion, desire, and great knowledge and experience. I've been with DIRTT for over 15 years and every single person that works here has such a drive to help the company succeed in changing how the world builds.

      Cons

      We work in the construction market, which can be volatile sometimes.
