The job itself has great perks, but management is abhorrent.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, and some neat perks. Schedule gives for plenty of time off each week. Lunch provided each day.

Cons

Worst management ever encountered in my career history. Employees are treated like disposable parts, but that is most companies, I guess. There are more issues with the team "leaders" experienced in the time with this company then there is space provided here.

Great benefits, clean work environment, free lunch (catered three course meals), family envionment between workers, four days on four days off work schedule, high tech work environment,

Cons

i dont have many bad things to say i love the company and some of the supervisors were not cut out to be a lead so production slowed when it was up to them to solve a issue.

Pros

Innovative products with good design, modern business sense, nice employees, nice corporate headquarters, good perks if you work at corporate headquarters.

Cons

Very old school, top-down, management approach. Weak management that sets unrealistic expectations and provides no guidance, training or support to achieve goals. Not interested in employee, customer or market feedback. I witnessed many tirades, insults screaming at employees during large conference calls or emails.
