Pros
The company is very progressive in every way, so much more so than the norm in the construction business, really on par with the most respected companies...period. That said the leadership, which are within most peer groups, are diligent on good business practices, client satisfaction and measured success and lessons learned. For a large national company it is surprisingly tight knit and well connected internally.
Cons
No real cons, there is really so much going on monthly from community service, training for work and life, social business events and celebrating successes it takes focused individuals to stay the course. Solution...hire the best.
