Pros
I would have to say that there is not really any pros to this business model at all. The upper management is brain washed, then opens new stores and fires people to bring in their own crews from other locations.
Cons
The money is not worth the over load of assigned duties at 2.13 an hour. This company is a well oiled machine that runs their first line of employees into the ground.
