Pros

People-first culture that genuinely values employee well-being and personal growth. Excellent work-life balance with flexible hours and remote work options. Supportive and collaborative environment where colleagues are smart, respectful, and easy to work with. Strong focus on learning and development, including access to internal training, certifications, and mentorship. Diverse and international projects that offer exposure to different industries and technologies. Transparent communication from leadership and regular updates on company goals and performance.

Cons

Career progression paths aren't immediately visible and may require proactive effort to explore. Some internal processes seem bureaucratic, but it's too early to assess their long-term impact. Note: I've only been with the company for a week, so these are early observations. I hope to find fewer or no cons as I continue my journey and will update this review with more insights over time.

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
