      I previously worked at Datart as a DevOps Engineer, and my overall experience was very positive. The company has a professional and collaborative working environment, where engineering best practices are respected and encouraged.

      Cons

      No major downsides — just the usual challenges of working in a fast-paced environment.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
