      More than 8 years with DataArt, wow! Thank you for being part of the team for such a long period of time! Regarding the customers, it's always a tough part of the work as far as people are very different. Our team lead from Kyiv Misha Serdiuk has recently given a talk on finding a common language with different types of customers. Contact him if you are interested in, Misha is both an efficient leader and a philosopher, so that could be an interesting conversation.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
