      Excellent for the sake of studying new technologies, since DataArt works with the companies from various industries. A lot of trainee programs and courses inside the company

      The costumers located at different time zones. It might be the case when you have to stay a bit longer in the working place

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
