Pros

- Great atmoshpere; - you are treated well because who you are, you are not just a set of qualifications.

Cons

- Very low salary for back-office specialists; - minimal salary reviews for relocation. It's impossible to relocate with $500 gross; - almost impossible to promote for a back office specialist; - in crises, company forgets about its' "people first" corporate culture. "Business first, you're not needed anymore" - that's the truth I faced with.

Thanks for your feedback. It’s nice to know that you enjoyed the atmosphere at DataArt and the way you were treated. We are sorry that we parted like this. Just to mention, if you are not satisfied with your compensation, you can initiate a review through an internal system. You can contact your local HR Manager if you need more details. They also can tell you more about a professional development map.

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
