      Pros

      Diverse tech landscape, generally nice people, competitive salary (or was at the time anyway), good place to start a career, decently flexible hours and procedures, sensible management, extra paid activities for those who ask

      Cons

      Company structure can be hard to grasp and navigate at times which can limit growth opportunities past entry-level positions, internal projects aren't that compelling, day-to-day time reporting is a smidge annoying, formal requirements for workstations are quite hard to meet with a Linux-based OS

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
