There is no demand for the product. No one cares about Cassandra and they can’t seem to find the people who do. The only product there is demand for is not commercialized or production ready, let alone enterprise ready. No one is hitting quota. Everyone is pretending to have pipeline. They drill you for every deal you qualify but if you thoroughly qualified every opportunity you would have no opportunities. The people who are good at pretending, get protection from leadership Success is luck of the draw, territory, and connections There’s this pungent culture that is just - depressing. Talk loudly, curse because it makes you authentic apparently, berate people without thinking deeply about all the contributing factors of a problem or persevering dignity. And thinking twice before acting is forsaken for the need to ‘move fast’ I have been in many dog eat dog organizations- I’ve never experienced any type of leadership so toxic, your teammates smell of trauma and dissociation. There is no room for even bonding over shared struggles. Just a battle to be the better person in the room so that you’re not the next one on the chopping block. The toxicity just drips from the top down. You have to be a particular type of soulless a** kisser to do well here - which is also why they have high turnover. The best ones find their way out quickest I honestly don’t understand how they have a rating over 3 stars at best on here
