DataStax has built some great technology which is transforming the way its customers do business. Events like the recent Summit show that the market momentum around Cassandra is building.
Cons
Execution. In a relatively short space of time DataStax's Management team have succeeded in building a highly toxic culture which is underpinned by fear, bullying and micro-management. The result is a revolving door of high quality people choosing to leave the business to find careers with companies that understand the value of treating their staff well.
