Pros

Comparing DD to some of the other tech companies I've seen around they really do give people of all sorts of background a chance. (for non-technical roles at least). despite that everyone is very smart and hard working, i think its a great environment to learn and build your career if you're in the early years of your career.

Cons

pay is a little low for non techinal roles

Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

Cons

Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
