      -some really cool people work here -free stuff / competitive supplemental package (healthcare, stock options, etc) -catered lunch

      -no work life balance -sterile, stressful work environment -office is eerily quiet and toxic -management is quick to criticize and blame others for their poor leadership -borderline abusive manager-subordinate tensions

      Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

      Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
