      Pros

      -You will learn about the cloud and the cloud software market -Solid product offering -Free lunch 3 days a week -Great new office space

      Cons

      Sales beware: -very few come even close to hitting quota -low base -zero HR -mostly terrible team managers on sales side -over hiring of AEs = close to no inbounds per rep -extremely high turnover -low morale -completely engineering focused organization. You are not relevant and they expect you to leave within a year

      Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

      Cons

      Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
