Product Security and Quality aren't prioritized. White male/macho culture. Jokes in poor taste in public channels and team events. Founders do not set respectful tone by example. Would not refer friends as job candidates. Alcohol-rich environment; drinking to inebriation, hungover employees not unusual. Minority of good leaders rendered invisible by amateurish management culture. Company unlikely to make substantive changes based on feedback.
