- all AEs leave as soon as they get their shares vested in the first year. No one in Singapore office stays more than exactly a year
- racism (all upper management management is white , no locals )
- quota is IMPOSSIBLE to hit . Too US centric. This is Asia, same rules don’t apply but management is thick skinned and delusional
- literally selling between $100-$500 deals as average selling price (almost embarrassing)
