      Leadership is very good The product is very good and never stops the innovation The culture is very good

      I don't have much to say about the cons, the company supported us during the pandemic and give us all support to start a WFH and much more.

      Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

      Cons

      Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
