      - Structured onboarding - NYC for onboarding + SKO - Great first entry job into Tech - Promotion from SDR > AE upon hitting Quota/1 year mark

      Cons

      - Company grew too fast in a span of a short time - Employees feels like a small part in a big engine - No collaborations across Marketing and Partnerships and Events for SDR - Managers are not hands on - Quite low package across market valuation
