      Datadog continues to spend a significant amount on R&D in new product development; always learning and plenty of tech to dip your fingers in. Sales engineers belong to technical solutions and engineers in general are well treated in the organisation (founded and led by engineers).

      Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

      Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
