- The number of products has grown beyond our ability to cohesively unify them. At some point, our satchel was stuffed too full and the seams are showing
- Some of the products have been a flop thus far (Security, Product Analytics) and we're on some savior complex to force customers to adopt them anyways
- Our pricing is byzantine(!). We claim it's simple but it's not. 90% of the questions I get are about how things are priced or billed and nobody who should know does.
- We index heavily on certain benefits and completely skimp on others (401k contributions?! Nah. Can I interest you in an NYC rooftop?)
- Generalists will drown in such a loaded product portfolio
- Generally lower tier compensation
