Young company with lots of social events & outings. Free lunch Fridays & office nibbles. Nice office with cool furniture & toys How a workplace should look in theory
Cons
Little sales management strategy within my region & generally around the Globe. Marketing not working closely with sales & pulling as one. Really focused as a telemarketing company rather than true partner vendor model. Expensive versus other alternatives so justification sometimes difficult. Only young faces felt to fit in. Stock options unrealistic if based on the company potential.
