      Pros

      they have a great place to work with a wonderful team, any questions you have, someone will always help you. all managers have an open door policy.

      Cons

      the salary is not very good. they can pay less because it is a great place to work, but hard to move up within the company.

      It’s a lot of hard work. Sometimes being overly flexible for customers because of surveys. Working the weekends.
