      Pros

      Synthes USA was a great company to work. The people was family and very friendly. The culture and environment was great. Busy, but relaxing; flexible.

      Cons

      Due to the company being bought by a larger corporation, the whole environment, culture, and people are not the same. Stressful. Layoffs every 6 months.
