Pros

None to say as none exist.

Cons

Leadership in India and US both are actors pretending to care about employee well being. They disengage employees from the network and then inform them of their layoff. Layoffs happen depending on how much you butter your manager and leadership Agile coach manipulates results and feedback to get their contract extended. Its all fluff and no concrete learning exists for the employees. They got program management team lead and members fired who were genuinely helping scrum teams Their engg leader doesn't appreciate newer better ways of working and increases workload of everyone through manual reporting demands The so called seniors who have been in the company forever and have nowhere else to be and have not upskilled with newer technologies and ways of working - are the ones making the intelligent ones leaves so that they can keep themselves safe. And yes, unethical projects and data management does happen in this company and leadership asks teams to keep their mouth shut and work.

Pros

I love this place so much, best company I have ever worked for in my sales career. You are able to be truly heard, no matter what level of tenure you are speaking to. It is remarkable how a corporate company of this size is able to operate in such a human way. I really love it here and have zero plans on leaving.

Cons

Our onboarding/training program is really lacking. If you are not a true self-starter and proactive to find the answers and learn the job mostly on your own or leaning on others, you will likely not succeed. I fortunately did not have this issue but it has been an issue for some.
