Pros
Demandbase has an outstanding environment to work in. The work/life balance is unbeatable and it maintains a culture that strives to keep the employee happy. Not only do you work alongside extremely smart individuals, but they're also some of the best people you will ever meet. You have open access to C level executives and they do a great job of being transparent about the direction of the company as well.
Cons
Demandbase can be disorganized at times but that comes with the territory being apart of a fast rising startup. I do believe middle management can do a better job of aligning to ensure goals are met across the organization.
