Pros

If you’re part of the “inner circle” or on friendly terms with HR and senior management, you’ll find it easy to thrive. Good perks and facilities, but they hardly make up for the underlying issues.

Cons

The company’s hiring process feels completely biased. If you don’t have personal connections with senior management, your chances of getting hired are slim, no matter how qualified you are. Managers and above have no accountability for their actions. They can get away with anything, including inappropriate behavior like asking for sexual favors, which is deeply troubling. There’s a clear lack of diversity in leadership roles. It’s hard not to notice the underlying bias when you look at the top management. HR doesn’t handle employee exits respectfully. Instead of addressing issues directly, they create a toxic environment that forces people to resign on their own. Managers provide little to no support. If you’re struggling or facing problems, you’re pretty much on your own. Employees are actively discouraged from reporting issues to HR. And if you do, they start working behind the scenes to push you out of the company. Transparency is non-existent. Everything, from how decisions are made to how complaints are handled, is kept under wraps, leaving employees confused and frustrated. Both HR and top management have endless lies to tell employees. It’s impossible to trust anything they say. Roles are often assigned without considering people’s skills or expertise, leading to inefficiencies and a lot of dissatisfaction among employees. Certain things I cannot even mention here—they are that ridiculous.

Pros

I love this place so much, best company I have ever worked for in my sales career. You are able to be truly heard, no matter what level of tenure you are speaking to. It is remarkable how a corporate company of this size is able to operate in such a human way. I really love it here and have zero plans on leaving.

Cons

Our onboarding/training program is really lacking. If you are not a true self-starter and proactive to find the answers and learn the job mostly on your own or leaning on others, you will likely not succeed. I fortunately did not have this issue but it has been an issue for some.
