You work with some great people. You access them just by an slack message and they respond right away. But you gotta seek for knowledge. The company provides you with good information regarding your performance from the poeple around you which is really good.
Cons
Upper management, don't mess with them, they really only care about work, and some of them are hard to talk to, but you can make it work.
