- most colleagues are friendly - work life balance - quite dynamic, encourage and support learning - using latest software and technology - enabling its employees to keep up with the rapidly changing environment
Cons
- unnecessary and duplicated procedures/reporting that cause frustration, but it's understandable as the company is growing, and it would take time to iron out these "side effects" that come with along with a growing company
