Not a good place to work - Customer Service Representative Dialog Direct Employee Review

Very low pay, poor management, high turnover rate, unorganized, Shift bids are not ideal, management does not want to help on escalated calls, horrible training that does not prepare you for production, managers are rude, overall horrible place to work.
