Pros
Coworkers were very enjoyable in my time there, until everything was moved to work at home. The work did provide a fair bit of experience with navigating healthcare systems.
Cons
The actual work was quite stressful, exacerbated by the company requesting mandatory overtime almost every week starting roughly October 2020 and lasting until I left the company. To my understanding from speaking with others who still work there, the mandatory OT is continuing to this day. Also, poor pay in relation to competitors in the area.
