Pros

Coworkers - the people who work here are outstanding, great at their jobs and zero ego. They make the day to day work enjoyable. My managers have always been supportive and have encouraged me to learn and grow into job functions that I enjoy. The pace can be crazy sometimes but managers always check in regularly to make sure we have what we need to do our jobs. Balance is encouraged, life outside of work is just as important.

Cons

There really aren't a lot. If you are flexible and able to pivot as needed you will be good.
