      Unlimited PTO Remote work Standard benefits

      Cons

      In the past year, CRO, CLO and CPO have been replaced and not for the better. Very much a sense this is all in a last ditch effort to make some kind of profit after 30 years. Leadership team says they promote open communication but that is not the case. Don't rock the boat if you want to keep your job. The most recent replacement of the CPO that is not a CPO due to her sales career and very little HR experience seems idiotic.

      Digimarc, Loyalty is a one way street from you to the company.

      Pros

      The best reason to work for Digimarc is the technology the company is centered around is very good. The IP is solid and the work is challenging.

      Cons

      The main downside to working at Digimarc is that there is too much cronyism in upper management. They come in and make bad decisions based on incomplete information and then expect top performance inspite of the bad decisions.

      Pros

      The middle level management there is incredible. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Senior leadership do not know how to productize anything. Operating at a loss - the money via investors will run out at some point. They love to slow play people on promotions and merit increases. They grant themselves millions in stock and love to give their employees peanuts.
