Pros

The middle level management there is incredible. Great work life balance.

Cons

Senior leadership do not know how to productize anything. Operating at a loss - the money via investors will run out at some point. They love to slow play people on promotions and merit increases. They grant themselves millions in stock and love to give their employees peanuts.
