Pros

-Working with other talented artists -Pay seems decent or above average -If you want to work for simply Donuts on Fridays, then you are set

Cons

-CEO and all senior management lack communication, ideas, and knowledge of how to properly run facility... let alone boost morale. -Poor/fair benefits: No 401k matching. Substandard health care coverage. -No parking... unless you are VP/Leadership, in which case even if you have been working at DD for 10+ years, a new hire VP or Supe/Lead will get a parking spot... meanwhile your 10 years of dedication is worthless. -Ineffective use of money. -Lack of notice when letting go contract and even Full time staff (not even a week notice in some cases). -Human Resources department that does not take seriously complaints about employees in leadership positions that are causing extremely toxic, stressful, and negative environments or that go out of their way to be vulgar to clients... even after multiple employees have reported said offending person. -Did I mention the management doesn't really know what they are doing here? All employees have a clear lack in faith in this company and how it operates... and management does not listen at all to those low on the totem pole, well... because they don't care. -15 minute walk to get lunch... don't even think of driving, as you won't have a parking spot.
