Pros

WFH, nice amount of OT, decent pay, interesting projects, good fellow artists. It’s easy to disconnect from work allowing for a nice life/work balance

Cons

HR department is not reliable, they will ghost you when you try to get in contact, they seem to only work 10am-4pm and 3/5 days a week which is a nightmare for any foreign nationals. The pipeline is archaic or nonexistent to say the least, processes that should be 1 click, take half an hour to do (if you’re lucky), proprietary tools are buggy, broken or useless. There is no consistent structure or management throughout shows making shows extremely disorganized. There is a huge lack of documentation on most procedures and if it does exist, it’s incomplete or outdated. Feels like mushroom management
