      Pros

      Everyone at Digital Realty has been very welcoming, and very helpful in making sure I learn everything I need to know to do my job well and safely. The job requires paying attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work with others. Mutual respect and teamwork have been a cornerstone of my first few months at Digital Realty

      Cons

      The only downside really is the traffic getting to the building, but that's more a personal issue of living far enough away from the site that I have to time my morning drives carefully
