      Good salary, flexible work and is pushing to have employees participate in their community

      No real opportunities internally. Very hard to move to a new position. Top management strategy is also not clear and changing without real long term strategy

      Strong legacy brand. Smart people who want to do smart things.

      Cons

      Lacks strategic direction and leadership. Multiple layoffs has chipped away at the foundation and culture. Need a CEO and executives willing to make bold decisions and communicate a clear strategy and plan on how to get back to growth and higher stock shares.
