Pros
A great exposure to learning about chemicals and what they are used for. It was very insightful and educational as well and had a great time working for them. I like the different options on what shift you wanted to work. The opportunities are endless once you are brought on permanently.
Cons
Communication is not the greatest and this is a problem that if not corrected will cause bigger problems in the future. Sometimes they find stupid excuses for getting rid of people and that's not right. Another problem is that the LT's and trainers don't communicate well with the contract workers, they go straight to the Kelly on site manager and that's not professional at all. If you are not gonna hire people on permanent or that it's not a temp to hire, please make that clear in the beginning so people don't get their hopes up thinking they will be hired on permanently. Some two faced people there that will snitch just to make themselves feel good so that they can be on the good side of LT and management, even if it is not the truth.
