      Pros

      Good place to start a career, and learn the business world. Lots of nice people and a great location. Right across from the liberty Bell

      Cons

      Everyone is in their mid 40s or older. Very political environment with the headquarters in Michigan. CEO and upper management are not very considerate of the little people. It's all about hitting that year end goal

      Culture and the technical expertise within the company provide for a working environment where you don't work in silo and everyone is willing to help support you
