1. I joined on 9th June and had two days of onboarding sessions. The HR team was very dedicated and helpful, and the other teams I met were also supportive. 2. During the first two days, the Employee Onboarding Manager shared a lot of insights about the company and its culture, which helped us understand things better. 3. On the first day, I met my team manager. He introduced me to the team and explained my work responsibilities clearly. It was a great experience, and I’m happy to be working with them. 4. Overall, the company has a good culture, and all the teams are approachable and ready to help whenever needed.
Cons
1. I am new to working in an MNC, as my previous experience was in a startup. It will take some time to adjust to the processes and culture here. 2. Adapting to the formal structure and approvals can feel slow for someone coming from a fast-paced startup environment.
