The glowing reviews are not real

Pros

Notice that the first half of 2015, this company had 2 reviews. Since July 1, there have been 13, and almost all are positive. This seems like the work of an HR team who has been tasked with improving the ratings, or the recruiters who are struggling to find people based on the company's bad reputation. On a positive note, the pay and benefits are very good. There are good projects and talented consultants.

Cons

I'm afraid to share any real information for fear I'll lose my job... much like the other dozen or so who've been laid off in the past three months. That's a lot for a small company... and all of them worked here less than a year. Unless you want to live in fear of that layoff phone call from HR every day, don't work here.

Pros

If you don't have a personal life or self-esteem, this is a great company for you.

Cons

Don't schedule anything personal during your 12 hour workdays or you will be scolded. Save doctor, dentist, or anything else personal during weekends as you will be 'on call' at all times. Despite their great slide decks on worklife balance, culture, career advancement, do your own research on linked in and find some ex-employees (that will admit they worked at Drivestream) and ask them what it's really like. Ask any of them if they actually had a performance review, raise, and how many hours of sleep they get a night and on weekends (expect tol be working those).

Pros

You will learn the Oracle Cloud product, but without any training. You will be expected to learn it on weekends and your evenings very quickly.

Cons

You will be on call to work 24 x 7. There is no work life balance, although you will be told there is during the hiring process.
