I have been working at Drivestream full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The organization allows you to manage yourself on the project as long as you do a go job and meet your deadlines.

    Cons

Some of the Project Managers do not support the Drivestream team. They often will support the client regardless of how wrong the request might be.

    Advice to Management

Your business model is a modern slavery, customers don't deserve bad quality service because overload the local employees and try to save even more hiring project managers from India to take care of US projects, ONLY here

I used one star only because here is not allow to use negative stars

    I worked at Drivestream full-time

    Pros

There is no upside to working for this company. They paid well but the assumption was that you worked 24x7.

    Cons

Too many cons to list. Any positive reviews here are posted by Drivestream itself or by coerced employees. This was the only job that I had ever simply abandoned. If you are considering a job offer from this company, don’t take it unless you’re desperate, then use the time to find another job at a reputable company. My six months at Drivestream we’re the worst of my entire 30 year career. A truly awful experience.

    Advice to Management

Sell the company or get out of business.

    Pros

Some very good resources and individuals to work with in the Cloud team & management and due to initial success, the pipeline of projects were very promising with a great future to grow really big in the ERP Cloud space- being one of the early adopters of Fusion Cloud.

    Cons

Poor planning, lack of decision making abilities in the leadership despite forewarning's and some of the most incapable consulting team which has come onboard( with loads of unwanted attitude) have led to the downfall of a promising ERP practice.

    Advice to Management

Probably too late to suggest as action was never taken at the right time!
