The Virtual First environment makes way for a work/life balance that is second to none. I am able to efficiently complete and handle all of my work tasks while doing what I need to do in my personal life as well. Dropbox also has such a great culture. The people really make the company, and it seems that everyone in the company is looking to see you advance and grow in your career. The ERG at Dropbox are also special. The ERG sponsors are very supportive of the ERGs. It is important for us to constantly connect with one another in different ways in the ERGs and Dropbox even made way for us to connect as an ERG in person.
