      Pros

      - great learning opportunities for engineers, you get to build systems from scratch with new tech - great career growth as long as you're intentional about up-leveling your skills, taking on challenging projects. - work life balance is great at times when you stop chasing promotions. - great culture, no micromanaging in all 3 teams during my times here for 3-4 years. - stable stock price, good during this bad economy - great comp, got good tc bump for IC2->IC3 promotion.

      Cons

      - we're not OpenAI if you know what I mean - stable stock price - no free food anymore

      Great place to work. Excellent pay and benefits.

      Tech isn't really cutting edge anymore. All the new stuff is AI related gimmicks to try and keep up with competition.

      Benefits: - Personal wellbeing allowance - Annual performance bonus - Equity - Internet & cell phone reimbursement

      Cons

      Very little room for growth. No real sense of job security due to the constant layoffs. Execs chase the latest and greatest trends, only to abandon projects halfway through. There’s no real sense of leadership or direction—where’s the company headed? What’s the actual goal of [xyz] project?
