Fast paced environment working in wonderful facilities with a great team full of fantastic people. Get to see your ideas taken all the way through to production and then in the real world.
Cons
Minimal to No work from home, drastic changes in project/ work package direction at the drop of a hat. Not much room for career progression in certain departments, often have to change roles to get the progression you feel like you deserve.
