      Income is good, colleagues are great - everybody helps when asked. Management is decent, really working hard to transform EDP to a worldwide organization

      Cons

      Middle management not great, some are truly bad humans. Work demand is high. As most of action is done through external consulting services, some areas don't have the necessary knowledge on the business
